What is diving fabric?

Diving cloth, also known as diving material, is a kind of synthetic rubber foam, which feels delicate, soft and elastic, and has the characteristics of shock prevention, heat preservation, elasticity, water tightness and air tightness. Widely used in the manufacture of diving materials.
Characteristics and scope of application: Good weather resistance, ozone aging resistance, self-extinguishing, good oil resistance, second only to NBR, excellent tensile strength, elongation and elasticity, but poor electrical insulation and storage stability. The service temperature is-35 ~ 130℃.
The most common diving suit fabrics are nylon cloth and lycra cloth, and the central lining is foamed rubber, so as long as the thickness is the same, the diving suit made of the two fabrics has the same warm keeping effect.
1. The difference between the two fabrics: on the surface cloth, one is nylon cloth and the other is lycra cloth. Lycrab has more threads and denser knitting per unit area, so it is more wear-resistant. In addition, the elasticity of Lycrab is better, so the diving suit made of Lycrab is less deformed.
2. The service life of two fabrics: the service life of Lycra's diving suit will be longer than that of nylon cloth.
3. The price of two kinds of fabrics: Nylon fabric occupies a place in the market mainly because of its low price. Relatively speaking, the price in lycra fabric is relatively high.
4. Non-functional choice: Lycra fabric is a better choice if you want your diving suit to shine brightly in the water because there are many colors available in the market.
Diving fabrics can not only keep warm, but also protect you from scratches, stab wounds and abrasions such as coral reefs.
