What is quilting technology?

Quilting process is a process of sewing textile fabric with interlayer with long needles to fix the cotton wool inside. In the process of using the quilt, after long-term use, it is easy to cause irregular shape, flow shrinkage and uneven thickness.
In order to make the outer fabric of bedding and the filling inner core stick tightly and fix, and make the filling uniform in thickness, the stitches of sewing thread are combined on the three-layer material to form various graphic tracks which are randomly arranged, independent or regularly repeated, and the three-layer material is firmly sewn.
These sewing thread patterns can not only prevent the movement of fillers (such as rubber-sprayed cotton, silk, down, etc.), but also enhance the three-dimensional sense of the sewn products, so that they have good decorative functions at the same time.
